WHAT IS EASEOFCARE ABOUT?


EASEOFCARE, the new service offered by Datalogic Mobile, has been enhanced with exciting new benefits at a cost effective price. Along with the new deliverables, Datalogic Mobile now offers 5 year contracts in addition to the 3 year contracts at the time of product sales. Furthermore, all the Ease of Care programs also include the Wavelink TE and Avalanche software maintenance for the same duration of the contract.


EASEOFCARE Overnight Replacement Comprehensive. Losing the use of your Datalogic Mobile product means reduced productivity and costs you money. Datalogic Mobile's Overnight Replacement Service offers the fastest possible "next day, plug and play" unit replacement, with a spare pool owned and managed by Datalogic Mobile. It  covers manufacturer defects, regular  wear & tear, incidental breakage, selected accessories and includes freight paid both ways  with 1-3-5 year plans. It is ideal for customers operating in task critical environments where maximum up-time is required.


EASEOFCARE 2-Day Comprehensive.  This program provides an increased service level at an unbeatable price.  It provides you with efficient factory level depot repair service with a rapid  turnaround time, two (2) business days, covers manufacturer defects, regular  wear & tear, incidental damage, selected accessories and includes express freight paid both ways with 1-3-5 year plans. It is ideal for customers operating in environments with limited spares or minimal down time requirements.

EASEOFCARE 5 day. This program delivers the security of knowing that your product repairs are easily handled with consistent factory procedures, controlled costs and guaranteed results. It covers manufacturer defects  with  five (5) business day repair turnaround, includes freight paid both ways with 1-3-5 year plans. It is ideal for customers requiring enhanced repair turnaround and improved cost control.

Factory Warranty. This covers factory defects up to 1 year with a 10-day turnaround time commitment and ground courier return shipment.

A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) is required for all repairs sent to the Datalogic Mobile Service Center.

Welcome to the Online RMA tool, reserved to all Datalogic Mobile device users.

To enter an RMA and link to repair status for your company, you must complete a one-time online registration. You will receive a User ID and password that you will use each time you access the site.
